Christmas Monster Cookies

These Christmas Monster Cookies chocolate chip cookies are made with oats, pretzels pieces, chocolate chunks, white chocolate, and holiday M&Ms. They are slightly crisp on the edges but soft and gooey in the center, with just a little salty pretzel crunch and milk chocolate throughout.

2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter at room temperature

1 cup dark brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs, plus 1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon kosher salt

2 cups old fashioned oats

1 ¼ cups holiday M&M’s

1 cup mini pretzel sticks, crushed

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks

½ cup white chocolate chips
