Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao)
Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Wide Rice Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • ½ Onion sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh Ginger Paste
  • 2 Green Onions chopped
  • ½ cup Red bell pepper, sliced
  • ¾ cup Fresh Thai Holy Basil Leaves or substitute regular basil, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Thai Red Chili Paste, to taste (substitute sriracha or crushed red pepper flakes)
  • Optional: Chicken, Shrimp, Beef, or Tofu (thinly sliced)

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
