Homemade Seed Crackers:
Ingredients
  • ½ c chia seeds
  • ½ c flaxseed or sesame seed
  • ½ c pumpkin seeds
  • ½ c sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp of spice - your choice- Garlic, onion, pepper, salt, cumin, etc
  • 1 c water
  • Put all in a bowl
  • Stir together until it begins to get thick
  • Let it sit until the water is absorbed - a few minutes,
  • Put on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Spread into thin layer with wooden spatula
  • Bake @ 325 30 minutes
  • Cut into squares with pizza cutter
  • Flip them over
  • Bake another 25 minutes
