  • 2 tsp grassfed gelatin (or one envelope Knox unflavoured gelatin)
  • ½ tsp peppermint extract
  • ½ cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 drop green gel food colouring (optional)
