BBQ Turkey Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
  • subheading: Meatloaves:
  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 3 scoops oats, ground
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • subheading: Glaze:
  • Bbq sauce (½ to ¾c?)
  • Brown sugar (1T?)
  • Apple cider vinegar (½T?)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in big bowl. Rub ingredients together with fingers to distribute thyme oils throughout mixture. Mix remaining meatloaf ingredients together.
  3. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into mini Meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
  4. Mix glaze ingredients together. Brush on half of glaze over Meatloaves.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. At that time pull Meatloaves out and brush remaining glaze all over. Put back in for another 15 minutes, or until a thermometer reads an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
