Healthy Blueberry Peach Cobbler + Our Week in Meals #32!
Ingredients
  • 6 to 7 cups total of sliced peaches, blueberries, or a combination of the two (I didn’t even peel the peaches, but you can if that’s your preference)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup whole wheat flour (can substitute with all-purpose flour if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, xylitol, or stevia
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup milk
