Best Vegan Roasted Broccoli and Eggplant Salad
Ingredients

  • 1 handful of coriander (cilantro), chopped
  • 1 handful of sesame seeds

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
