Irish Beef and Guinness Stew

  • ¼ cup flour
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 12 oz bottle Guinness beer
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp kosher salt (more to taste if needed)
  • 1 tsp pepper (more to taste if needed)
  • fresh parsley for garnish
