Taco Soup
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 cans Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans Corn, drained
  • 2 cans Diced Tomato
  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 diced Onion
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 2 cups of Water
  •  
  • Minced garlic
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  •  
  • Shredded cheese
Steps
  1. Brown the ground beef with the spices and the diced onion. Drain the excess fat. Add the cans of beans, corn, and tomatoes to the ground beef. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to simmer, and let it cook for about 20 minutes. Garnish with shredded cheese.
