Lentil Patties
Ingredients
  • 200g | 1 cup red split lentils
  • 500ml | 2 cups water
  • 150g | 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 carrot
  • 50g | 1 ¾ cups spinach
  • 1tsp Korean chilli flakes
  • 1tsp ground coriander
  • 1tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 5tbsp corn meal
  • chickpea crumbs or breadcrumbs
  • a little oil for frying

  • ❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
  • ❗ For the patties to hold together place patties mixture in to the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes. It works miracles and you do not need a binder
