  • 1 tsp of Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp of Grated Ginger
  • 1 small yellow onion (about ½ cup) finely diced
  • 3 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil or Ghee
  • ½ cup Frozen Defrosted Peas
  • 3 Tbsp of Freshly Chopped Cilantro
  • ¼ cup of Water
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 pkg of Philo Dough
  • ½ cup (or more) of Melted Butter
