  • note: * About 4 to 6 nickel sized slices of fresh ginger--or ¼ to ½ teaspoon dried ginger chips or ground ginger
  • note: * ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • note: * ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • note: * Raw honey, local is best.
