Crock-Pot French Dip Sandwiches
Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 lb Roast (any cut)
  • 1 can Beef Consommé
  • 1 can Water
  • 1 package Italian dressing mix (dry)
  • 1 package Au Jus mix (dry)
  • Hoagie Buns
Steps
  1. Mix together the Beef Consommé, water and dry mixes in the bottom of a crock pot/slow cooker.
  2. Place roast in center.
  3. Cook on low (or about 200ᵒ) for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Take out roast, slice thinly.
  5. Place roast beef on a hoagie bun, dip in Au Jus and enjoy!
