Salmon Crudo & Ginger Scallion Sauce
Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 oz salmon (sushi grade).
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk (full fat).
  • ½ lemon or lime (plus a bit more for drizzling).
  • 3 green onions (green and white part).
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro.
  • ½ orange.
  • 1.5 tsp fresh ginger.
  • 1 tsp sesame oil.
  • 2 serrano pepper (1 chopped and 1 sliced).
  • 1.5 tbsp tamari.
  • salt/pepper to taste.
  • olive oil to taste.
  • flaky salt to taste.
  • za’atar to taste.
