Chuck's Philly Cheesesteak
Chuck makes the best Philly Cheesesteak. You can go keto by eating this right on a plate or putting it on a lowcarb wrap. So freaking good.

Dec 2020 - consider doing 100g because it turns out 150 is really filling. 100 would probably be fine, especially given the cheese and onion and butter that ends up in it. So good though!

Ingredients
  • 150g thinly sliced beef chuck, sliced into 1 to 2" strips
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp sauteed onions
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp sauteed sliced mushroom (optional)
  • 2 to 3 slices kraft singles (I prefer white, but yellow is fine too)
  • MSG, salt and pepper to taste
  • bread roll, wrap, whatever you want to put it on
Steps
  1. Make sure your sauteed onions and mushrooms are prepped and ready to go.
  2. Throw the sliced beef on the griddle and cook until about halfway done. Add your desired onion and mushroom, MSG, salt, pepper.
  3. Push the mixture into an oblong pile (so it will fit into your bread or wrap easily) and place the desired cheese on top. Cover with a dome to speed the cheese getting melty. Place your bread item upside down on top of the cheese/meat, followed by an upside down plate. Use a long spatula to scoop the whole mess up and with one hand on the plate and the other doing spatula, flip it all quickly upright.
  4. Eat.
