“I don’t know”.. “ I don’t care”..”Whatever”..AKA Turkey Noodle by Rich Lum

Cooked in a 6 qt IP on HP Dinner for two
Ingredients
  • ½ pound lean ground turkey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Shoyu (soy sauce)
  • ¼ large onion chopped
  • 2 to 3 cremini mushrooms cut in half then sliced
  • 3 handfuls wide egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt to season water
  • 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup mixed with a ½ can of water
Steps
  1. Using a ½ pound of ground turkey ..mix in salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. Put 4" of water in the pot, close and seal, manual 0 minutes QR. salt the water and put your egg noodles in..manual 3 QR. Drain into a colander. Set aside.
  3. Set pot to sauté, add onions and sauté for a couple of minutes, add ground turkey and cook until done. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with ½ can of water, add egg noodles back stir until heated through.. Eat
