Easy Brown Butter Pecan Scones with Brown Butter Maple Glaze
Pecans and maple are a classic combo, but add in brown butter? Next level. These are also really soft, and super easy!
Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp (1 stick, 113 g) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (252 g) heavy cream, plus extra for brushing
  • 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup (25 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • subheading: For the glaze:
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp heavy cream
  • ¾ cup (94g) powdered sugar
