Whole30 Chinese Jalapeño Chicken
Ingredients
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 2 tbsp. avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 jalapeno, seeds and stem removed and diced small
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced large
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced large
  • ½ white onion, diced large
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Red Boat Fish Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp. peeled and freshly grated ginger
