Waffle: Salah Elaatfi's Game Changer Wonderbread Chaffles
Ingredients
  • Game changer! After 2 months of making chaffles with cheese or the wonderbread chaffles with almond flour I have discovered that ones made with coconut flour are lighter, fluffier, sturdier yet more flexible and the taste and texture are more like white bread. No eggy taste and no coconut taste!!!!
  • subheading: Here is the recipe I used (altered one I got online to make it my own version):
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • ⅛ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 egg
  • ⅛ teaspoon Himilayan pink salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 or 2 drops of Sweetleaf liquid stevia (optional but I like a touch of sweet in my bread)
