Instant Pot Turkey Roast

Ingredients
  • 3 to 4lb turkey breast roast (white/dark meat blend) from butterball is good
  • canola oil
  • lawry's season salt
  • water
Steps
  1. pat the roast dry, but leave on the deli twine. rub with oil (optional) and sprinkle generously with lawrys salt. sear in instant pot on each side  2 minutes, about 8 minutes total.
  2. deglaze the bottom with water or wine- if the flecks are burnt on too bad then dump out the fond. place the round rack in the bottom and the roast on top of it. add ½c water and pressure cook on high 25 minutes with natural pressure release. make a gravy with the leftover water in the bottom- careful with salt!
