Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 -12 oz bag of fresh cranberries, ¾ cup sugar, 2 TBSP water. Steam 5 Min. QR.
Steps
  1. Rinse the cranberries, place into the IP inner pot, add ¾ cup sugar and the 2 Tbsp. of water. Close and seal lid, set to Steam for 5 minutes. Do a Quick Release.  Mash/Mix with either an immersion blender or in the a blender. If you want to remove the seeds, pour through a very thin cloth over a sieve or use aa Food Mill. Pour sauce into jars and let cool then place into the refrigerator to chill.
