  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons red food coloring
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons white vinegar

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
