Poached Egg Tips

Steps
  1. Use very fresh eggs.
  2. If egg are not very fresh -
  3. Place eggs into hot water for 10 seconds, then poach.
  4. From fridge place eggs in tap hot water for 10 mins, then poach.
  5. Crack eggs into a fine mesh sieve so watery white drains away, then poach
  6. Don't forget vinegar in the water.
