  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 1 pound frozen, mixed veggies (green beans, peas, carrots and corn)
  • 1 ½ cups soy crumbles or other vegan protein
  • 2 cups bite sized pieces of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp uncooked quinoa
  • 1 ½ cups veggie broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup vegan sour cream
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos
  • 16-20 ounce bag of tater tots or tater rounds
