Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
  • 2 lb. cubed beef stew meat
  • 2 (10.75 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tb. garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup beef stock
  • ½ packet onion soup mix
  • 8 oz. sautéed mushrooms
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • dollop of sour cream
  • cooked egg noodles
Steps
  1. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add sautéed mushrooms about ½ hour before serving. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream just before serving.
