Shrimp skewers
Quick and easy shrimp bbq

Servings: 5 servings of 3 skewers each with 5 shrimp in each skewer

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of tail off medium shrimp
  • Lime juice of half a lime
  • North fire woods seasoning ½ tsp
  • Smoked paprika 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves of pressed garlic
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
Steps
  1. Let skewers soak for 15 minutes (while the shrimp defrosts)
  2. Mix all the spices then when the shrimp is defrosted, mix in all the shrimp.
  3. Skewer 5 shrimp per stick
  4. Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side. Any more and the shrimp will be over done.
