  • 1 pepper Scotch bonnet pepper can add more if desired, I add 2 and it’s spicy
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¾ teaspoon salt or as necessary
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon all spice
  • 1 to 2 cups beef or chicken stock
