1 medium Onion (or ½ large)

2 cloves of Garlic

¼ small Cabbage

1 large stick of Celery

1 medium Tomato

5 to 6 sprigs of Parsley

5 to 6 Black Pepper Corns

1 Bay Leaf

5 cups Water

1 teaspoon Ghee
