  • ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk anything but coconut milk will work
  • Vegetable oil spray

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp finely ground sea salt

  • Egg replacer for the equivalent of 2 eggs SEE NOTE
  • 1 tbsp canola oil + extra to brush on the waffle iron
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened plant milk we don’t recommend coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup maple syrup For best results, serve it warm.
