Mexican Street Corn and Roasted Sweet Potato Tacos

3 ears fresh corn, kernels sliced from cob

1 tsp chili powder

2 tbsp lime juice

½ onion, peeled and minced

1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 ½ cup cotija cheese, grated

4 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

1 avocado, peeled and sliced

olive oil

sea salt

black pepper
