Crockpot Jambalaya Creole Recipe (Keto Low Carb)
Ingredients
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (12 oz) package smoked sausage, sliced (you can also substitute andouille sausage)
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 lb raw peeled and deveined medium shrimp (thawed if frozen)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: red pepper sauce for more heat!
