Pound Cake

I love the Low Carb lifestyle but I have a big family so not all my recipes are low carb. Some of my recipes are changed to fit my taste. I also love DIY home goods.

The easiest cake to make. I mixed 1 cup of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 4 sticks of butter and 3 cups of sugar till well combined about 7 minutes. Added one egg at a time (7 total), one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Then slowly add 3 cups and half of cake flour. Baked on 300 temperature for one hour and 30 minutes. Very tasty
