Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 small onion
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes (FOR FREEER MEAL: 1 BAG OF SHREDDED CHICKEN)
- 3 tablespoons or 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ to 1 cup red salsa
- ¼ to ½ cup green Verde salsa
- 1 to 2 small cans of diced green chilies
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 to 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 to 4 cans of white beans, I use Northern beans
- (drained & rinsed)
