  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt

  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup basil loosely packed
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
