Low Sodium Pepper Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients

  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tsp ground Chinese five spice
  • 1 tsp ground Black Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Tbsp pre minced Garlic
  • sesame seeds to taste for garnish
  • subheading: For the Rice:
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 ¾ cup water
