Overnight Cinnamon Rolls
For hot cinnamon rolls first thing in the morning, assemble the day before, then cover & refrig overnight.

Next morning, put into oven & bake 20 min. Frost as desired, & serve hot.

Refrig 2-3 days or FREEZE.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 2 ½ cups flour (see note)
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ cup maple syrup, agave, or sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp applesauce, oil, or nut butter
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 5 tbsp flour (see note)
  • ¼ cup sugar of choice
  • 1 ½ tbsp cinnamon
  •

  • ½ cup raisins
  •  
  • ⅔ cup applesauce or nut butter
