  • Salsa
  • 200 g tomatoes, cut into chunks.
  •  
  • ¼ small red onion, peeled and finely diced.
  •  
  • ¼ cup mint leaves, finely sliced.
  •  
  • ½ lime, juiced.
  •  
  • Tobasco sauce.
  •  
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
