Roasted Salmon with Honey and Dill
Ingredients
  • 1 side of skin-on salmon, about 2 lb. (1 kg)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • ⅓ cup (3 fl. oz./80 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbs. chopped fresh dill, plus sprigs for garnish
  • 2 ½ Tbs. honey
  • ½ lemon, plus lemon slices for garnish
