  • ¼ cup tomatoes, chopped (½ Green)
  • 2 dill pickle spears, chopped (1 Snack)
  • 2 tbsp Lite Wish-bone Thousand Island Dressing (1 Healthy Fat)
  • note: Any seasonings you like for your ground beef but subtract from your Condiments for the day
