Ingredients
  • ½ Medium Sugar Pumpkin or Pie Pumpkin. Regular pumpkin will do as well.
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder/onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning of choice. I used Trader Joe’s BBQ Rub and seasoning with coffee and garlic.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt-free veggie blend.
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
