  • 1 ½ pounds red skinned potatoes washed and quartered
  • 6 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried sage
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • salt & pepper to taste
