No Bake Snickers Bars (Vegan, Gluten Free, Oil Free)
Ingredients
  • subheading: Base:
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp water
  • subheading: Peanut Caramel Filling:
  • ½ a packed cup dates
  • ¾ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, doesn't matter as it will be processed)
  • ⅓ cup peanuts (I like using roasted as they have a stronger flavour, but you can use unroasted if preferred)
  • subheading: Chocolate Topping:
  • 1 80g bar vegan dark chocolate
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)
