Ingredients
  • 2  7 oz. cans Tuna, drained
  • 1  15 oz. can Great Northern or Navy Beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ c. Parsley,  chopped fine
  • ¼ c. Green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 T. Lemon juice
  • 1 t.l Pepper
  • ¼ c. + 2 T. Mayonnaise
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
Steps
  1. In a medium bowl gently combine all ingredients except mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. In a small bowl or glass measuring cup , combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread dressing mixture over Tuna mixture and gently stir until dressing is throughly worked through the salad.
