Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 md yellow onion
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup (10.75 oz)
  • 2 can diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained (10 oz each)
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 to 3 tsp paprika, I used smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 ½ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper, or any color pepper
  • 1 can corn kernels (15.25 oz)
  • ¾ c water
  • 2 ½ c cooked pasta of choice (8 oz)
  • ¼ c parsley, if desired
  • pinch cayenne pepper
