White Clam Sauce
Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 small shallots or onions
  • 3 cans chopped clams
  • 1 bottle clam juice
  • ½ stick butter
  • white wine
Steps
  1. saute garlic and shallots in butter until soft
  2. add remaining ingredients
  3. bring to boil and simmer until reduced by half
  4. serve over broccoli or other veggie.
