  • ¾ cup (170 ml) JUST Egg (or sub. ¾ cup (170g) room temperature plain dairy free yogurt + ¼ tsp salt)
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • grated zest of 1 lemon
  • grated zest of 1 orange
  • 9 tbsp (130g) vegan butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp (15g) cold vegan butter, for baking the panettone
  • subheading: For the topping:
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp oat milk
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar, powdered sugar for dusting
