  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp onion powder
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • ¼ cup soy sauce (tamari is a GF soy sauce)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ½ jalapeno or Fresno chili pepper (seeded and thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Korean pepper powder (optional)
