Salmon Flakes 鮭フレーク
Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon (I used Sockeye salmon but you can use other kinds of salmon. I like Sockeye for this recipe as it has a firm texture and doesn't break into crumbs easily)
  • ¼ tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp sake
  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 2 to 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame oil (add more if necessary)
