Blender Banana Oat Muffins (Easy and Gluten Free)
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder (aluminum free)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • ½ Cup Mix-ins (i.e. chocolate chips, chopped nuts, raisins or dried fruit, blueberries, shredded coconut, etc.)
