Ingredients
  • subheading: Crust:
  • 1 8-oz bag of pretzels, crushed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  •  
  • subheading: Jell-O Mixture:
  • 2 small boxes of strawberry jell-o
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • 10 oz frozen, or fresh strawberries
  •  
  • subheading: Cheese Mixture:
  • 1 8-oz cream cheese
  • 1 heaping cup sugar
  • 1 8-oz cool whip
Steps
  1. Stir crust ingredients together and spread into a 9x13" baking dish.
  2. Bake at 350⁰F for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Dissolve jell-o in boiling water then add cold water.
  4. Cut up strawberries and add them to jell-o. Chill until slightly set.
  5. Meanwhile mix the cheese mixture ingredients together and pour on top of pretzels.
  6. Once jell-o is slightly set pour it on top of the cheese mixture.
  7. Use cool whip or pretzels to decorate.
