Pretzel Salad

subheading: Crust:

1 8-oz bag of pretzels, crushed

1 stick butter

2 tbsp. sugar

subheading: Jell-O Mixture:

2 small boxes of strawberry jell-o

2 cups boiling water

¾ cup cold water

10 oz frozen, or fresh strawberries

subheading: Cheese Mixture:

1 8-oz cream cheese

1 heaping cup sugar

1 8-oz cool whip

Stir crust ingredients together and spread into a 9x13" baking dish.

Bake at 350⁰F for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Dissolve jell-o in boiling water then add cold water.

Cut up strawberries and add them to jell-o. Chill until slightly set.

Meanwhile mix the cheese mixture ingredients together and pour on top of pretzels.

Once jell-o is slightly set pour it on top of the cheese mixture.

Use cool whip or pretzels to decorate.
